Kip and Alice Wagner's main residence from 1957 — the home where their son Tom grew up and where the family's life was lived. A 2BR/2BA fully-furnished home next door to The Doubloon Cottage, on the same one historic acre of Treasure Coast history. The gardens and ponds that once surrounded the original homestead are no longer on the property. Ideal for families, larger groups, or writers seeking room to spread out.

A note about the kitchen table: this is the original table of the house, recently restored by Tom Wagner. Just think — you can sit in the very chairs where Kip sat to eat and talk over the finds of the day with his family and friends. Please be kind to the table; it holds a lot of history.

Kip Wagner's original retreat and war room — the cottage where the Real Eight Company planned its greatest 1715 Fleet recoveries. Features a river-rock fireplace built from ballast stones of the actual Spanish galleons by mason Ernie Caldwell, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a screened Florida lanai. The more intimate of our two side-by-side homes, ideal for couples, writers, or anyone drawn to a home with genuine roots in American treasure-hunting history.
